Program & Community Support Volunteers

Purpose: Hold the human container of Bridgepath programs

Ideal for people who:

  • Are drawn to service, healing spaces, and conscious community

  • Have experience in wellness, education, or community organizing

Roles may include:

  • Supporting online and in-person circles, workshops, and masterclasses

  • Assisting with participant onboarding and follow-ups

  • Holding space during events (Zoom moderators, in-person support)

  • Helping with surveys, reflections, and program feedback

  • Community outreach

Skills/qualities:

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Reliability and presence

  • Respect for cultural and spiritual contexts

Operations, Admin & Systems Volunteers

Purpose: Create sustainability and ease behind the scenes

Ideal for people who:

  • Love structure and systems

  • Want to support mission-driven organizations

Roles may include:

  • CRM and volunteer coordination

  • Grant research and reporting support

  • Donor stewardship assistance

  • Data organization and impact tracking

  • Website updates and maintenance

Skills/qualities:

  • Organization and follow-through

  • Confidentiality

  • Comfort with tech tools

Storytelling, Media & Documentation Volunteers

Purpose: Help Bridgepath tell its story with integrity

Ideal for people who:

  • Are creatives, communicators, or documentarians

  • Care about ethical storytelling

Roles may include:

  • Writing blog posts, newsletters, and impact stories

  • Video editing, photography, audio storytelling

  • Social media content aligned with your voice and values

  • Supporting the future documentary vision

Skills/qualities:

  • Strong listening skills

  • Ability to reflect—not sensationalize—stories

  • Alignment with your language (non-extractive, non-cliché)
